It's been a while, hasn't it? Yes, I have returned to Bin Weevils and blogging after a long absence. Basically, if you lot are wondering why I was gone, my laptop's screen smashed and I had to buy a replacement laptop - which I now have by the way. Soooo, yay - I'm back, and I can't wait to post all of the updates on the Bin Tastic, Summer Fair! :-)
Due to the event on Sunday, including many moderators and weevils being hacked, we advise you to keep safe on the internet and we have some steps on how to do this! :-)
We also advise trying out the Internet Safety Quiz, which you can get a cool wallpaper if you complete it!
Just like Ink's Orange Peel, the Bin Weevils Team have decided to bring back the awesome old Bin area, Peel Park! To get there, it is exactly the same principle as it was to get to Ink's Orange Peel. So, if you missed out on that, you'll have to head to the Bin Pet's Paradise and enter through the Bin Pet Temple Gate, which looks like a portal. Don't worry, Ink's Orange Peel fans! You can still visit the Bin Tastic area by heading to Peel Park and then clicking the yellow arrow on the right of the screen - EASY PEASY!
Guess what, weevils? The Bin Weevils Team have announced that they will be creating a brand new game for us to play on mobile devices called Weevil World! "Collect and discover Bin Bots and build your very own amazing world. Judging from that, Weevil World would seem to be like a 'Clash Of Clans' virtual world sort of game, which would be weevily cool! What do you think? Leave it in the comments below.
Two ordinary Bin Weevils were hanging out outside of the Time Portal, when they spotted the portal apparently 'spinning around'. This has left many to believe that Peel Park could be returning? What do you guys think?
The Bin Weevils Team finally did it! They released the upstairs of Weevil Post, and if I do say so myself - it looks pretty damn awesome! As you can see from the picture above, the upstairs of Weevil Post, is the same room - not a completely different one which is pretty cool. There is also a new shop their too. The Cocoa Shop is pretty cool, as one weevil can sit inside the shop and 'serve' the customers food/drinks such as coffee, cocoa, sandwiches and fruit. On the left of the upstairs, there is a selection of the Nest Inspectors top picks for Nest Items and they look weevily cool! If you hover your mouse over some of them, you can interact with them which is a nice touch. On the right of the upstairs there is the Level 70 trophy incased in a glass box to show off all of it's glory. I will post more on the new levels in a later post.
It's the Weekend, and you know what that means everybody? It means it is time for another Weekend Puzzle Challenge, and as usual we have your solution. As you can see in the picture above, if you type in that exact code, 400 mulch will be delivered to your Bin Weevil! Above you can see a picture of a Mulch pile, as technically this week we didn't get a nest item, but we did get 400 Mulch, which we can spend on anything from nest items, to garden items galore. Have fun shopping Weevils!
Remember when we mentioned that we're going to hosting a Bin Tastic party to celebrate the Weevily Gang's 2 year anniversary and Yoshi6601's 3 year anniversary? Well that party is going to be this weekend and we weevily can't wait! If you could share the details for the party with your friends, siblings or maybe even advertise it on your own blog it would be greatly appreciated as we want this to be the biggest and best Bin Weevils party EVER!!!
As said on the What's New Blog, if you're seen by a moderator (or any member of the Bin Weevils Team) wearing a football hat you can win some World Cup Bunting! The World Cup bunting looks really cool, and has all of the flags of the countries that are in the games. It looks really awesome in a football pitch themed room, doesn't it?
